Banner 510, also called Frontlit banner, is a well-known name when it comes to banner cloth. The PVC banner can be used for many different applications.
The maximum print width in one piece is 478 cm with hems (and rings) and a tunnel. Are you going for clean cut and rings? Then you can assume a maximum print width of 494 cm in one piece. The material has a weight of 510 g/m2.

Order the Banner 510 in the sizes you want. We can handle enormous lengths and up to a maximum width of 5 m we print from one piece. For larger sizes, we weld the parts together for you. So you can create any canvas for your customers, large or small.

Banner 510 is used as banner, garden poster, building fence banner, fencing banner or XL banner, among others. The material is water repellent so is suitable for outdoor applications. In addition, the material is fire retardant and therefore may be used in public areas.
Finishing options
There is no shortage of choice: there are many different finishes. Clean cut, hems and/or rings, tunnels, a round tendon or Velcro. You have a suitable finish for every application.

What is the expected lifespan of Banner 510?
When used outdoors, this material lasts for 1 year. Longevity is affected by UV light and weather conditions, among other factors. When used indoors, this material lasts for years.
What production technique is used for this material?
The UV printing technique! Here the ink is hardened by a UV lamp. The ink is scratch-resistant and gives a beautiful finish. Good to know: the print is not odor-free, this goes away after a while.
