Fine woven Cotton fabrics for indoor decoration

From a careful selection process, we chose two rich, finely woven Cotton fabrics: Pro Cotton Satin (Cotton Satin 100 gr./m2) and Pro Cotton Percal (Cotton Percal 130 gr./m2). These natural textiles are very suitable for indoor decoration in small quantities. A breakthrough in the textile industry, because in this way we waste much less textile than traditional methods. On demand printing has the future!

Pro Cotton Satin (Cotton Satin 100 gr./m2): 100% natural light lustrous cotton

Pro Cotton Satin (Cotton Satin 100 gr./m2) has the fine qualities of Cotton: it breathes and absorbs moisture. Cotton satin is often confused with polyester satin, the shiny, smooth fabric. Satin, however, says nothing about the material, but about the method of weaving. In a satin weave, the cotton is woven much closer together than in Pro Cotton Percal. In addition, the top weft threads lie loose, making the Pro Cotton Satin slightly shiny. So it not only feels luxurious, but looks luxurious too!

Pro Cotton Percal (Cotton Percal 130 gr./m2): 100% finely woven cotton

Pro Cotton Percal (Cotton Percal 130 gr./m2) is a luxurious fabric and has a soft look, but without the shine of Pro Cotton Satin. The difference with 'normal' cotton is the number of threads, the thread count, that is used. Pro Cotton Percal has a higher thread count and finer yarn. This makes it feel softer, smoother and more pleasant to the touch. It may be called "Percal" because there are more than 200 threads per square inch in the fabric. Pro Cotton Percal, thanks to its high weave density, does not pile up quickly and stays looking great for a long time.

Eco-friendly printing process on demand

Ordering is possible as of one m2. Handy for testing, proofing and incorporating into your own design or to use for a DIY project. The prints of the Alpha printer are higher in resolution than those of other textile printers and fade less quickly. An additional advantage: washing, ironing and drying is no problem. In addition, our printing process uses hardly any water and we use environmentally friendly, water-based inks.

Experience the benefits of Cotton

This wonderfully soft cotton is ideal as a comforter cover. Because: cool in summer and warm in winter. Because of its luxurious look and the wall-to-wall print width, Cotton is also an ideal fabric for Curtains, Decorative Pillows and Tablecloths.

FAQ

Does this material have a BCI certification?

Yes, this material has a BCI certification. BCI stands for better cotton initiative. Here you can count on fair production. Think of minimal use of pesticides, attention to a natural environment and no child or forced labor.

Is the textile skin-friendly?

Yes, Satin is used as a comforter cover, among other things. You can use this material without it causing skin irritations.

Are the inks environmentally friendly?

Yes, the inks are water-based and therefore somewhat environmentally friendlier than other inks.

What printing technique do you use for this material?

Pigment ink. This printing technique uses water-based inks, which are odor-free. The inks are dried and hardened in an oven. With sublimation, the ink soaks into the fibers of the material; with pigment ink, this does not happen. This printing technique is very similar to UV printing, but it is odor-free.
