Decotex UV Product Description
Decotex is a flexible polyester fabric with a fine structure and a matte appearance. The material absorbs light and this gives you razor sharp and very detailed prints. Decotex has a long life and is ideal for indoor applications.
For numerous XL applications
Decotex is very similar to deko fabric. The great advantage of decotex is its size. Whereas deko fabric has a print width of 311 cm, we print decotex to a maximum width of 498 cm in one piece. Decotex is printed with UV inks and Deko fabric is sublimated.
Choose the finish for your project
Decotex is often fitted with a silicone tendon. There is a bit of stretch in the fabric, so it lends itself well to being installed in many structures. In addition to the tendon as a finish, a tunnel is often chosen at the bottom and top. Tape and rings or Velcro are also possible.

What is the expected lifespan of Decotex?
The material can be used for many different applications. For each application, the lifespan is different. When used indoors, the material will last for years. However, light can affect it. The material is not suitable for outdoor use.
There are creases in my fabric, how do I get them out?
That's easy! You can iron the material on the wool setting. Dekotex is heat-resistant but you can put a tea towel in between to be sure.
What is the best way to clean this fabric?
With warm water and a fibre cloth. We do not recommend cleaning agents as they may damage the ink. This material cannot be washed.
What printing technique is used for this material?
The UV printing technique! Here, the ink is hardened by a UV lamp. The ink is scratch-resistant and gives a beautiful finish. Good to know: the print is not odor-free, this will wear off after a little while.
