Dibond® Butler Finish is a sandwich panel with a stylish brushed aluminum top layer. This gives the material a unique appearance. It consists of two layers of aluminum with a hard, black plastic core.
Unique look with brushed top layer
The top layer of this material is brushed gray, offering a unique appearance compared to a white panel. You can choose between a vertical or horizontal brush direction.
The structure of the material remains visible through the print, giving your design a unique, industrial look.
Weather-resistant panel material
Due to its special composition, Dibond® Butler Finish is weather-resistant. With a low expansion rate, it is suitable for outdoor use. While other materials may warp due to high humidity, Dibond® Butler Finish remains stable.
Most common applications
The most common applications for Dibond® Butler Finish are facade signs, advertising boards, cut-out letters, panels, wall circles, hexagons, and construction boards. Its weather resistance makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Mounting tips
Thanks to its lightweight, the material is easy to mount on facades and (flat) walls. Important to note: Dibond® Butler Finish may expand slightly. Therefore, we recommend drilling slightly larger holes to facilitate positioning and repositioning. When using mounting plates, we recommend using 2 plates for sizes over 80 cm.
