Printing Dibond XL
Dibond XL is suitable for large formats. It is a sandwich panel with three different layers. This material is lightweight but very strong due to the special combination of aluminum with a black plastic core. It is available in a 3 mm thickness.
Large formats in a single piece
You can order plates up to 400 x 196 cm in a single piece, eliminating divisions for a cleaner result! The XL version is printed on budget Dibond. This budget variant is priced economically without sacrificing quality and is available in 3 mm. We print directly on the plate.
Weather-resistant panel material
Thanks to the special composition of the material, Dibond XL is weather-resistant. With a low expansion rate, it is suitable for outdoor use. While other materials may warp with high humidity, Dibond XL budget remains stable.
Most common applications
The most common applications for Dibond XL are facade signs, advertising boards, and construction signs. Its weather-resistant properties make it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Mounting tips
Ensure you prepare the installation carefully. Dibond XL often involves large, heavy plates that are not easily mounted alone. Important to note: Dibond XL may expand slightly. To make positioning and repositioning easier, we recommend drilling larger holes. When using mounting plates, we advise using 2 mounting plates for sizes above 80 cm.
