Positives and negatives
Print on Mesh Fabric
Mesh fabric is a PVC material with an open mesh structure. The woven construction with small holes makes the material transparent and somewhat breathable. The fabric has a matte appearance.
The maximum print width in one piece is 478 cm for hemming (and rings) and a tunnel. If you choose to trim and add rings, you can achieve a maximum print width of 494 cm in one piece. The material weighs 270 grams/m².
Air and Partially Light-Permeable
Air and some light pass through the small holes in the fabric, allowing natural light to remain behind the fabric. You can see through the material.
Most Common Applications
Mesh fabric is primarily used for construction fence banners, fence banners, banners, scaffolding covers, or extra-large banners.
Due to its breathable nature, the material is wind-resistant. Additionally, it is water-repellent, making it suitable for outdoor use. It is also fire-retardant, allowing it to be used in public spaces.
Enhance Contrast for a Clear Message
When designing, keep in mind that prints may appear less vibrant due to the open mesh structure. Therefore, aim for extra contrast in your design to convey a clear message.
