Print Polymesh PVC-Free
Polymesh PVC-free is, as the name suggests, a polyester fabric without PVC. Thanks to its low weight of 110 grams/m2, Polymesh PVC-free is easy to mount. It has an open structure with a slightly glossy appearance. The maximum print width in one piece of this material is 306 cm.
Perforated Structure
Polymesh PVC-free is a perforated type of fabric. It is also referred to as a perforated structure and is therefore also known in the market as Lochfilet. The small, oval holes make the material wind and sound permeable. It also prevents the material from tearing, fraying, and creasing.
Due to the perforated structure, the material is very suitable for speakers at events. A major advantage compared to a PVC banner is that Polymesh PVC-free can be shipped folded instead of on a roll.
Most Common Applications
In addition to being suitable as speaker cloth (or construction site banners), Polymesh PVC-free is also suitable for flags, banners, and scaffolding. Another commonly used outdoor application is at the finish line of events.
You can not only use the material for outdoor applications but also for indoor ones. Polymesh PVC-free is B1 fire-rated certified and therefore suitable for public spaces.
Thus, Polymesh PVC-free is not only a popular choice at events but also in the shopping street. Retailers are increasingly opting for this material because of its much lower ecological footprint compared to PVC-containing alternatives, its sound-absorbing properties, and its non-reflective quality.
Print Visible on the Reverse Side
Polymesh has 98% bleed-through, making the print visible in reverse on the back side.

What is the expected lifespan of Polymesh?
When used outdoors, this material lasts 3-4 months. The lifespan is affected by UV light and weather conditions, among other things. When used indoors, this material lasts for years.
What printing technique do you use for this material?
The sublimation printing technique! We first let the inks dry thoroughly and then heat them at a high temperature of 180 to 200 degrees. This intertwines the inks into the fibres of the fabric and the colours come out very beautifully. Moreover, the water-based inks are odor-free.
