Difference between Latex/UV and LEP printing technology
Our posters are produced on different printers depending on the format and material. The large posters are produced on UV or Latex printers. The small posters are printed on one of our HP Indigo 12000 presses. These presses have a maximum print size of 50 x 70 cm, and a print range up to 1625 DPI. If you are looking for a poster outside this format, choose a large poster.

How much DPI should my file be for a sharp picture?
- Between 30-70 PPI: Prints that need to be legible from several feet away. This is the resolution that is used for banners or wall panels.
- Between 70-100 PPI: Sharp print that can be read and seen at close range. Excellent resolution for exhibition applications, for example.
What is a blueback poster?
Blueback is a type of paper with a blue backing. You can stick the material over other posters. The underlying images do not shine through the material because of the blue backing. Bluebackpaper is suitable for indoor and short-term outdoor applications such as campaigns and promotional displays.
How do I apply Bluebackpaper?
You apply Bluebackpaper easily with a wallpaper glue, for example the Perfax Metyl Direct ready.
Can you write on all materials?
No, you can only write on uncoated paper types. Uncoated paper types are: sulfate board (backing), HVO white, Biotop Natural and Nature cardboard.
Why can't I choose a laminate with HVO white, Biotop Natural and Natural Cardboard?
Due to the structure of the material, this is not possible In addition, it loses its ability to write on it.
My printing is warped, why is that?
This may be because you have chosen a single-sided laminate. The laminate has a different effect than the paper, so we always recommend double-sided lamination.
Which papers are also suitable for outdoor use?
Our Synaps and YupoBlue synthetic papers are suitable for this purpose. Due to the synthetic material, the material remains good even when wet. Perfect for a menu card, for example. In addition, printed matter with a double-sided laminate can also be used (temporarily) outdoors.
