Positives and negatives
Print ProPES Outdoor
ProPES Outdoor is a lightweight and recyclable polyester fabric. Due to its light weight, it’s easy to install.
This fabric type boasts the highest color intensity, making your prints stand out even more compared to other fabrics. Additionally, it absorbs light, giving ProPES Outdoor a matte appearance.
The material has a maximum print width of 308 cm in one piece and weighs 225 grams/m².
Durability
ProPES Outdoor and ProPES FR are relatively sustainable materials. Both materials are PVC-free, printed with environmentally friendly inks, and foldable. This makes transportation easier, more cost-effective, and environmentally friendly.
Common Applications
ProPES Outdoor is used for various applications, including banner frames, construction fence fabric, crowd control barriers, fence banners, parasols, placemats, and decorative cushions.
ProPES Outdoor is water-repellent, allowing dirt and water to roll off the fabric. It’s ideal for outdoor use. While it can also be used indoors, it’s not suitable for public spaces due to its lack of fire retardant properties.
Finishing Options
This polyester material comes with grommets. ProPES Outdoor doesn’t fray, so there’s no need for hemming. Other possible finishing options include clean cutting, contour cutting, grommets, round welt, and tunnel.

What is the expected lifespan of ProPES Outdoor?
When used indoors, the material will last for years. With outdoor use, the print may discolor after 6 months. The material is hard-wearing, but the inks may fade due to weather conditions.
How can I take out creases in the fabric?
That's easy! You can iron the material on the wool setting. Put a tea towel on top of the print for extra protection.
What is the best way to clean this fabric?
With warm water and a fiber cloth. ProPES Outdoor can also be washed at 30 degrees.
What printing technique do you use for this material?
Pigment ink. This printing technique uses water-based inks, which are oder-free. The inks are dried and hardened in an oven. With sublimation, the ink soaks into the fibers of the material; with pigment inks, this does not happen.
