Roughmark Printing
The GF 285 Roughmark foil is a white polymer film. The material has an extra thick High-Tack removable adhesive layer suitable for almost all surfaces.
The material has a maximum print width of 148 cm in one piece and is available in four different versions. You can apply matte, glossy, or anti-slip laminate to the material. Additionally, the material is also available without laminate. The laminate can give your foil a different appearance and make it more resistant to high temperatures and moisture.
High-Tack Solvent Adhesive Layer
Roughmark features a High-Tack solvent adhesive layer. The material has aggressive initial adhesion and adheres to almost all surfaces. Even surfaces with low surface tension, such as plastic or synthetic materials, pose no problem for the foil.
Most Common Applications
From fiberglass wallpaper to wood and even plastic to a tiled wall. This foil is suitable for almost all flat to slightly curved surfaces. The remarkable feature of this foil: high initial adhesion but removable for up to six months without leaving adhesive residue.
You can use the foil both indoors and outdoors. It also has a fire certificate, so Roughmark can be used in public spaces.
Anti-Slip Laminate
Roughmark is commonly used as a floor sticker. With Anti-Slip Oraguard 250 laminate, you ensure that the foil has a higher anti-slip value. The floor laminate falls into anti-slip class R10.

What is the expected lifespan of this film?
Expect a lifespan of 7 years for indoor applications and 5 years for outdoor applications. There are several factors that can affect this lifespan. These include UV light, weather conditions and substrate.
If my film is split, how much overlap is included?
Proceed on the basis of 1.5 cm. In the uploader you indicate in how many parts you want to split your file. We will then take the overlap into account, so you do not have to do this yourself.
What printing technique is used for this material?
Latex. This printing technique has many advantages. Water-based inks are used, making them odorless and somewhat environmentally friendly. The inks soak into the material, making them highly scratch-resistant.
