Positives and negatives
Sava FR Product Description
Sava FR (Voile 50 gr./m²) is a supple and thin fabric with very fine weave structure and high quality. This fabric has a beautiful print-through after printing. Both on the front and back, the design is vibrant and the colors give an intense experience.
Very suitable for room-high applications
Choose Sava FR, for example, as a room-high curtain fabric for a maximum light transmission effect. Do you have an extra high ceiling? No problem, the fabric can be rotated. In this case you will receive sheets of your required height and a sheet width of approximately 295 cm.
Made of permanent flame retardant yarn
Sava FR is made of 100% permanent flame retardant polyester yarn. A great feature because with impregnated fabrics the flame retardant properties are often slowly lost after washing. Sava remains flame retardant even after frequent washing.
Sustainable and environmentally conscious
We print Sava FR using a sustainable sublimation transfer printing technique with very low ink consumption. The inks are environmentally friendly water-based VOC-free dispersion inks. Washing out the fabric after production is not necessary. Therefore, the production process is completely water-saving.

Does this material have a BCI certificate?
No, this certificate can only be awarded to materials made from cotton. BCI stands for better cotton initiative.
Are the textiles skin-friendly?
Yes, this material is skin-friendly. You can use it without it causing skin irritations.
Are the inks environmentally friendly?
Yes, the inks are water-based and therefore somewhat more environmentally friendlier than other inks.
What printing technique do you use for this material?
Pigment ink. This printing technique uses water-based inks, which are odor-free. The inks are dried and hardened in an oven. With sublimation, the ink soaks into the fibres of the material, while this does not happen with pigment inks. This printing technique is very similar to UV printing, but is odor-free.
