Trespa® and HPL Printing
You can choose between certified Trespa® or HPL (High Pressure Laminate) panels. Trespa® is the most well-known manufacturer of HPL panels. The difference between the two? Trespa® panels are delivered blank, while HPL panels come with a foil. The construction of both types of panels is the same, resulting in a water-resistant panel that requires no maintenance.
We offer this material with a thickness of 6 mm. For HPL panels, the maximum panel size is 148 x 301 cm in one piece. For Trespa®, it is 153 x 305 cm.
Indestructible Sheet Material
If you’re looking for (almost) indestructible, these panels are the right choice. Extreme force or point loads are needed to damage or break the top layer. The material is highly resistant to vandalism.
Most Common Applications
Trespa® and HPL panels are most commonly used for facade signs, advertising boards, or sports field signs. Because the material is resistant to vandalism, weather, fire, and UV radiation, it can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Extending Lifespan
You can easily and affordably extend the lifespan of HPL panels by choosing double-sided printing. Since the panel is covered with foil on both sides, the risk of warping is reduced. Additionally, you minimize the impact of other external factors.
Mounting Tips
These panels are heavier than our other sheet materials. Keep this in mind when mounting them. You can secure these panels with screws or adhesive. When screwing, make sure the drill holes are slightly larger to prevent warping.

In what thicknesses is Trespa® available?
This material is available in 6 mm.
What is the best way to clean Trespa®?
You can clean Trespa® (HPL) with a damp fabric and if necessary with all-purpose cleaner. Do not apply too much pressure, this will prevent damaging the material. Then dry the panel with a fabric.
Can Trespa® rot?
This hardly ever happens. Are you using Trespa® as facade cladding? Keep in mind that condensation may occur behind the panel. For proper ventilation, it is necessary to have openings at the bottom and top of the cladding.
Can Trespa® start to expand?
Yes, with changing (weather) conditions, the material can shrink and expand. This can be several millimeters. Therefore, make drill holes slightly wider. This will give the material more room to expand and prevent the material from bulging.
What printing technique do you use for this material?
The UV printing technique! Here the ink is hardened by a UV lamp. The ink is scratch-resistant and gives a beautiful finish. Good to know: the print is not odor-free, this goes away after a little while.
